The floating PromptIQ button is missing
Refresh the AI platform tab after installing or updating PromptIQ. Confirm the current page is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, or DeepSeek.
Sign in or sign up is not completing
Check your connection, use a valid email address, and use a password between 8 and 128 characters. Open the PromptIQ toolbar popup again and retry. Existing accounts should use Sign in.
